Screen printing is typically selected when you have a lot of shirts to print for a big event or repeat orders. There is no restriction to what you can print on. Spicy Ink is limited to four colors on screen prints, so far one and two color designs are the most popular. Patterns on screen printed shirts can be felt. Types of ink as well as design and application techniques can limit the heavy feel.

The screen printing process is done by pushing ink through a fine mesh onto the fabric. The mesh is blocked to only allow the pattern of certain colors to press through. Once each color is applied to the fabric, each item is dried and cured
