Dye Sublimation
Choose dye sublimation when you want a permanent image embedded into a surface. Images done by dye sublimation on shirts cannot be felt since the image is stained into the fabric.
Please note that this method only works on certain materials. Most notably it will not work on cotton. Also, the color of the fabric matters since the dye needs to stain it. Light colors work best.
The dye sublimation method uses heat and pressure to turn a solid into a gas (known as sublimation) and transfers in to a surface.
The process includes printing an image using a special ink and paper, then applying the printed image with a heat press. A different press will be used depending on the application.
